The staff were mostly helpful, and the location allowed for easy exploration nearby. I encountered mold in the bathroom, and the pool cleanliness left much to be desired, which impacted my overall experience.

The staff were warm and genuinely helpful. The location was ideal, just a lovely ten-minute walk to the fine Raley Beach, made my mornings special.
Minor cleanliness issues.

Also, location was particularly good, a short walk to Phra nang Cave Beach. The staff was affable, whenever I needed help. A standard room with a lovely view of the sea, had requested this in advance.

Location: the hotel was just off stores, bars and restaurants. The best part of our such wonderful stay was the great breakfast with Thai food.

The staff was nice and helpful.
Unfortunately the pool was too dirty to use. Plant remains were floating on top of the water. It didn't look nice, although I don't have high standards. There was nobody else in the pool.

The room.
Construction of the facility (room is 150 m uphill). Drains in the bathroom

missingWrote a review on 03 Octenjoyable pool areastrong odoruncomfortable bedding
The pool area was enjoyable and relaxing.
My experience was marred by a strong odor in the room, likely due to poor drainage and a lack of ventilation in the bathroom. The bedding felt old and uncomfortable, reflecting the need for updated amenities. Maintenance appeared lacking, as various fixtures and features weren't properly maintained .

The breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money.
Our room was quite old and outdated but we did only book a standard double so we did not expect the best quality
